Returns & Refunds policy

At Danis Aquaculture, we are committed to providing fresh, safe, and high-quality seafood products. Due to the perishable nature of seafood, the following Return & Refund Policy applies.
1. Non-Returnable Items
All seafood products sold by Danis Aquaculture are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered or collected. We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Taste, texture, or personal preference
2. Eligible Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following circumstances:
Products are spoiled, contaminated, or unfit for consumption upon delivery
Incorrect items or quantities were supplied
Products were damaged during delivery
3. Reporting & Claim Conditions
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product
Products must remain:
Uncooked
Unaltered
Properly stored in accordance with seafood handling guidelines
Customers must provide clear photo or video evidence
Original packaging and proof of purchase are required
4. Inspection & Approval
All claims are subject to inspection and verification by Danis Aquaculture
Upon approval, customers will receive either:
A replacement, or
A refund via the original payment method or store credit
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment service providers
6. Food Safety Disclaimer
Danis Aquaculture is not responsible for spoilage or quality issues caused by:
Improper storage after delivery or collection
Delayed collection by the customer
Failure to follow recommended storage or handling instructions
